Hi Stuart,

The post was written about a 1 years ago. Inflation isn't as bad as places like Medellin, but you should expect about a 10% increase in pricing for non-housing expenses. For rent allow for a 15% increase.

You will still find the cost of living in Cartagena much cheaper than the US, Canada, or most major cities in Western Europe.
